Your performance, your recovery, the decades ahead — measured, optimized, and coordinated by one physician-led team. For people who refuse to leave their own biology to chance.
Reserved for a small number of clients.
“Normal” only means nothing has gone wrong yet. It is the middle of the bell curve — the average of everyone, most of them living nothing like you. It was never designed to describe a person operating at your level.
You have never optimized for average — not in your work, not in anything you’ve built. Yet your body is the one place you’ve been told to accept the median: fine bloodwork, fading sleep, a recovery and an edge that used to come easily. Fine is not the same as exceptional. And you can feel the difference.
Ordinary medicine asks whether anything is wrong. We ask a better question — how exceptional you could be.
Most medicine waits for a problem, then treats it in isolation — a supplement here, a trainer there, a lab result no one connects to the rest. Optimization medicine is the opposite. We map your entire physiology at intake, then run nutrition, training, supplementation and physician-supervised therapeutics as one plan — tuned to your numbers and re-measured on a schedule, so we see what is actually changing instead of guessing.
Full diagnostic panels, hormonal and metabolic biomarkers, and DEXA body composition. A real baseline — then measured again, so change is seen, not assumed.
Nutrition built to your metabolic profile and deficiencies — not a template, and not the same plan we gave the last person.
Programming matched to your composition, your history, and the season of life you’re in — designed to build capacity, not just burn an hour.
Physician-supervised supplementation and peptide therapy, prescribed to your measurements — never selected from a menu.
Most of what shapes your health happens between appointments. So the practice is built for it — few clients, constant measurement, and one team that actually talks to each other.
Medicine taught me precision before it taught me prevention.
For years my work was precision — trained at Princeton and Harvard, then years spent building a dermatology practice in Beverly Hills. It gave me a rare view of how people age, and how much of it is decided long before it ever reaches the skin.
So I trained upstream: functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, and peptide therapeutics through the SSRP — learning to work from the inside out, not only the outside in. And the more I did, the more I met a person conventional medicine was never built to help.
Accomplished. Disciplined. People who had built something — a company, a family, a reputation — and held their health to the same standard they held everything else. They wanted to know why they were waking at three in the morning. Why the training that served them at forty no longer did at fifty-two. Why their labs read “normal” while they felt a step removed from their best.
They were rarely asking the wrong questions. They were asking them in the wrong rooms.
In my dermatology practice, I tend to the surface. RenewYou is for everything beneath it — the sleep, hormones, metabolism, and muscle that quietly decide how you age.
Conventional medicine waits until something has gone wrong. It does that well. Staying exceptional is different work — deeper measurement, real coordination, and time most clinics cannot give.
RenewYou is built for that tempo.
A small number of clients, measured comprehensively and re-measured on a schedule — nutrition, training, supplementation, and physician-supervised peptide therapy run as one program, not four. We stay reachable between visits, because that is when most of life happens.
I built this for the patients I spent years wishing I could see sooner. If you suspect you might be one of them, I would welcome a conversation.

“For the first time, someone was actually measuring — and then doing something with what they found.”
“I’ve been an athlete my whole life. This is the best condition I’ve been in, and the first time it felt built to last.”
“I stopped guessing. The team is in it with me — the accountability changed everything.”
We take on a limited number of new clients. Tell us where you are and what you’re after, and we’ll follow up personally to see whether the practice is a fit.
